30-Day Return Window
You may return hardware within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and include all accessories and documentation.
Restocking Fees
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all open-box hardware returns. Defective items or shipping errors are exempt from this fee.
Consumables & Toners
Opened toner cartridges and paper supplies are non-refundable unless defective. Unopened supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
