Standard Shipping
We offer standard delivery via trusted carriers. Most orders for desktop printers and toner supplies are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Next-day and 2-day expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent orders. Expedited orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to ship the same day.
Freight & White-Glove Delivery
Large enterprise copiers and heavy multi-function centers require freight shipping. We offer optional white-glove delivery, which includes inside delivery, professional installation, and debris removal.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European regions. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
